Lisa Renzetti is an Interior Designer and registered member of ARIDO, with over 25 years of experience in the Interior Design Industry. In 1991 Lisa was granted a Para Paints Scholarship to Ryerson University where she graduated with a BAA in Interior Design. For her thesis project Lisa received the Mar-Cha Vermeeren Memorial Award from Steelcase for the student most accomplished in office design.
As a student Lisa began her Career with Urbana Architects. It was a small Architectural firm consisting of five people. Urbana Architects then bloomed into HOK Canada, a firm employing well over 500 employees. With her 13 years of experience at HOK Lisa grew from a Junior Designer into a Team Leader. She was instrumental in starting up HOK Ottawa satellite offices as well.
At HOK Lisa focused on Commercial Interiors. She became highly experienced in space needs analysis, master planning & design, while gaining extensive knowledge of alternative workplace strategies. She was at the leading edge of corporate facility planning and creative workplace design.
Lisa was a Project Team Leader for numerous CIBC projects throughout the GTA acting as a strong liaison between CIBC Corporate Real Estate and the CIBC Team. The project lead from feasibility stages through to Construction Administration.
Her experience includes 140,000 sf of new construction for the New Hamilton Courthouse, and other prestigious clients such as; Fidelity Investments, Moneris Solutions, RBC, De Havilland Aerospace, GE Capital and Mazda Canada.
Lisa is especially known for her design solutions for a 200,000 sf addition to the award winning world headquarters for Nortel in Brampton. She was also responsible for the interior design of a complex, multi-phased expansion for the Nortel Carling Campus, for a total of 2.3 million sf. Comprehensive master planning and "new wave office" strategies were used to develop this world class facility.
In 1999 Lisa received a prestigious Gold ARIDO award for the Interiors of Scudder Investments, a high profile finance company, located in BCE place, Toronto.
In 2005 Lisa ventured off and began her own company, Big Style Design (BSD). Here she broadened her scope of services and began her love for residential design. Her portfolio escalated to upscaled high end clientele with projects in locations such as Nassau, Bahamas.
Lisa's work was recognized by a Real Estate Agent for a residential project located in Aurora, Ontario. This led to an introduction to a television producer. In 2016-2017 Lisa appeared in several episodes of a television show called "Top Million Dollar Agent".
